Prepare travel documents for passengers; request and process deposits and final payments; book group air and issue airline tickets; skilled in customer service and handling details of all aspects of the bookings. Must be a team player and work closely with others in the office.
Must be organized and detail oriented, quick learner, must have excellent computer skills, (specifically, Microsoft programs), excellent customer service skills, travel experience helpful, but not required.
