Answer phones, schedule appts, collect copays, update patients info on EMR, answer/send emails, multi task, cross trained.

Skills Required

Answer phones, multi task, Nice appearance, polite, responsible and reliable. Basic computer knowledge. Experience in Medical field preferred. Customer service skills preferred. A little experience in Marketing, HIPPA knowledge.
