Job Description

Greet patients a warm, friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
Answer phones and return messages relating to appointment scheduling and other patient questions.
Enter and update patient information in an electronic health record system.
Accept cash and process credit card payments and keep detailed records of payment transactions.
Verify insurance and able to explain benefits to patient
Able to multi task along with a positive attitude.
Understand HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy at all times.
Be honest, reliable, on-time, professional, and respectful to others.
