Paralegal
The Paralegal will assist the Operations Department and CEO with clerical and research support services including document preparation, and review of contracts, leases, license agreements, legal documents, etc.
Responsibilities
Work closely with CEO and Operations Supervisor to renew, negotiate and review vendor contracts
Establish and grow relationships with relevant partners/vendors
Review license agreements, licensee complaints and concerns regarding license agreements and presents to the CEO
Liaise between members of management and CEO regarding legal matters, contract renewals, long term lease renewals, etc.
Review and Prepare Yearly Railroad Commission documents
Assist the CEO and Operations as needed
Works Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

Paralegal Certificate
3+ years of working as a paralegal
Background in Aviation is a plus!
