Inspiration Ranch provides equine-assisted therapeutic riding lessons and activities to children, youth, and adults with physical, emotional, and social disabilities. We are located 7 miles from The Woodlands on 40 beautiful acres, home to a growing herd of 23 horses, 2 longhorn steers, and 3 cats. We are looking for a responsible, reliable, hardworking teammate for a part-time position. Responsibilities include assisting with routine property, landscaping, and vehicle maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting as well as improvement projects, and other duties as assigned.

Candidates must be willing to start work at 7AM and be able to safely lift 50 pounds, work at a fast pace at times, take direction, and work both independently and with teammates. This is an outdoor position.

Applicants must have a clean background check and a valid driver’s license. Construction, general maintenance, project management, and horse trailer towing experience preferred.
