Job Description

· Preparation of Financial Plans, Investment Allocation models, and presentations for client meetings

· Utilize websites and software to obtain client and product information

· Compare existing solutions to those currently available in the marketplace

· Establish and maintain detailed client files

· Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality

· Prepare client correspondence including letters and email correspondence

· Reliable with exceptional work ethic

· Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries, and escalate cases when appropriate

· Assist in client meetings

Skills Required

Preferred but not required:
· 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced financial office environment
· Financial Industry experience preferred
· Series 7, preferred, but not required
· Proficient in Money Guide Pro software and Morningstar Office a plus
· Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, and PPT
· Desire to obtain long-term employment


$15.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
