Job Description

This is a quality control position processing the clients' computerized information for accuracy on all travel records internal & external.  Such as, but not limited to:  Building customer computerized profiles; Posting customer trips, payments & updates to computerized profiles with customer requests & comments; Reconciling customers cabins on a cruise manifest or rooming list at a resort; Reconciling inventory for ship cabins & hotels rooms; Process reservations & delivery of computerized documents; get supplies ready for trade shows; confirm attendance to sponsored events; master & ANSWER PHONES; Capable of handling FAST PACED & UNEXPECTED CHANGES; Ability to MULTI-TASK and, last but not least - any other duties that management may assign.  Note:Overtime not necessary but may be required from time to time to meet a deadline.

Skills Required

Computer literate - well versed in Excel & Email programs
