Front Desk Concierge & Wellness Coordinator – Body BeneFits MedSpa

📍 Location: The Woodlands, TX

⏰ Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 3 or 4 days a week (alternating Saturdays)

Are you passionate about wellness, beauty, and providing an exceptional client experience? Body BeneFits MedSpa is seeking a Front Desk Concierge & Wellness Coordinator to be the face of our luxury medspa! This role is more than just a front desk position—it’s about creating an inviting, professional, and organized experience for every client who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do:

✨ Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

✨ Learn and earn commission on retail skincare products and superior vitamin supplements 

✨ Manage scheduling, phone inquiries, and client check-ins/check-outs.

✨ Educate clients on our cutting-edge body contouring treatments and learn some to perform while earning commission 

✨ Support the team with administrative duties and organizational tasks to keep the spa running smoothly.

✨ Maintain a pristine, relaxing environment in the reception and treatment areas.

✨ Assist with light retail sales and product recommendations and inventory.
