As a Chiropractic Assistant at Woodlands Family Chiropractic, you will be a pivotal member of our team, helping ensure smooth clinic flow and an outstanding patient experience. You will interact directly with a high volume of patients, guiding them through initial therapy steps, preparing them for their treatments, and communicating clearly with our doctors and therapists. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, remains professional at all times, and is motivated by making a meaningful difference in people’s wellness journeys. You will assist in patient check-in/out, coordinate with therapists, help set up and monitor therapy stations, track patient progress, and support the administrative team where needed. You’ll be on your feet much of the day and must be reliable, energetic, friendly, and compassionate.

Strong communication, professionalism, empathy, and compassion. Able to hustle in a fast-paced clinic and stay on your feet for long periods. Dependable, organized, and able to multitask while assisting many patients. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to follow and relay instructions clearly. Team-oriented with a positive, patient-focused attitude.
