Job Summary
Small warehouse in Oak Ridge North is looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations. This role involves order fulfillment, basic inventory tracking, and light manufacturing tasks. You’ll work with a small team and assist across different departments as needed, gaining hands-on experience in how a small shop operates.

Responsibilities
Follow directions accurately and work independently when needed
Pull orders and prepare them for shipment
Determine appropriate box sizes, pack items securely, and tape boxes
Investigate stock levels and assist with tracking inventory
Perform light manufacturing tasks such as light assembly, drilling, wrapping, painting, and general shop cleanup
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Standing, walking, and light physical activity throughout the shift

Job Type
6-8 hour day shift
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.

Experience:
Warehouse experience: 1+ years (Preferred)
Inventory Experience a plus
Woodworking, CNC or other manufacturing a plus.
Read/Understand English
Salary: From $19 - $20+ depending on experience.

Skills & Qualifications
Ability to follow directions and pay attention to detail
Some mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools
Basic organizational skills
Comfortable working on your feet most of the day
Ability to lift up to 40 lb (most items are typically 5–20 lb)
Work Environment
Small warehouse setting
Standing, walking, and light physical activity throughout the shift
