Interfaith of The Woodlands

Interfaith of The Woodlands draws on the shared belief that all faiths can work together to provide a framework for addressing critical human needs within the community. Located in The Woodlands, Texas and chartered in 1973 as a 501c(3) non-profit organization, Interfaith has evolved into a multi-denominational, human service agency serving residents of South Montgomery County. Today, our programs are as diverse as the community we serve, reaching out to touch almost every aspect of life and the individuals who live in our service area.

We are a human service agency providing:


Programs and Services- Family Services, Senior Services, Counseling Services, Hand Me Up Shop & Information and Referral

Family Services- crisis assistance with rent/mortgage, utilities, transitional housing, gas vouchers, prescriptions, clothing, and food

Senior Services- Care and Wellness Programs 

Counseling Services- Provided by the Interfaith Community Clinic

Hand Me Up Shop- Interfaith's resale shop offering affortable, high-quality clothing, houseware items, & furniture

Information and Referral 

Childcare- Interfaith Child Development Center is a Nnationally Accrediated and State Licenced Center caring for children 12 month-4th grade (Kindergarten thru 4th Grade After-School Program)

Workforce Solutions- Employment Resources offered at 10 career offices

Volunteer Opportunities

Interfaith of The Woodlands publishes the Interfaith of The Woodlands Directory for The Woodlands and it's surrounding communities. All profits raised from the telephone Directory support Interfaith of The Woodlands' social service programs.
