Six Teens Arrested for Cutting Down Tree
THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- On Tuesday, July 15, at 11:24 p.m. deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the area of Shadowbend Place and Quiet Oak Cir. to assist an off duty Pct. 3 Deputy Constable who had multiple subjects detained. When deputies arrived they met with the deputy constable and learned that several individuals had cut a tree down that fell across the road.
The deputy constable was at his home when he heard what sounded like someone cutting on a tree. When he investigated the noise, he observed several teenage boys cutting down a tree in the area of Shadowbend Place and Quiet Oak Circle and he saw the tree fall across the roadway.
The teens were arrested and charged with a State Jail Felony - Criminal Mischief. The suspects, all 17 years-old, were: Casey Carson; Randy Patino; Allen Foster; Thomas Gleason; Marc Milhollin; and Rahul Raura, 17.
Staff from the Pct. 3 Commissioner’s Office removed the tree from the roadway.
