Best Buy to showcase the best in Home Theatre Equipment and Appliances at Fall Home and Garden Show in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas --They’re the things weekends are made of — big screen televisions, surround sound systems, smooth top stoves and front load washers; the electronics and appliances that make life good after a long hard week.

These and more will be on display courtesy of Best Buy during The Sixth Annual Fall Home and Garden Show at The Woodlands, Saturday, Sept. 6.- (9 a.m.- 7 p.m.) and Sunday, Sept. 7 (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.) at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center, 1601 Lake Robbins Drive.

The Woodlands store will host full scale home theatre and appliance displays at the show. The Best Buy exhibit area will include the best brands in home theatre, including Pioneer Elite televisions and speakers by Definitive Technology and Speaker Craft, which offers in-wall speaker solutions. Speakers by Denon will also be on display, as well as Denon’s multi-zone receivers, which sit as part of a centrally located sound system and can control radios and speakers in different parts of the home.

And for those wondering if that 72-inch television will actually fit in your living room, sales associates will be giving away free home consultations, valued at $100 each. “During our consultations, we come in, survey your home and answer the questions most important to you about the home theatre options that will work best in your space,” said Brian Green, business specialist at The Woodlands store.

For those looking for the best picture on their televisions, Best Buy offers a calibration service, and an ISF (Imaging Science Foundation) certified technician will be on hand to give advice and set up appointments. “TV calibration provides a much better picture quality and helps to reduce eye strain when watching television,” Green said.

The Best Buy display will also feature several different brands of kitchen and household appliances, including Electrolux, a high quality European brand new to the store, and well-known brands such as LG, Whirlpool and Kitchenaid.

“Best Buy is truly a one-stop shop for your home theatre and appliance needs,” Green added. “Sales associates are trained in the highest quality of customer service with a non-commissioned approach.”

Green reminds show attendees that the Best Buy Woodlands store is only one block away, where full demonstration rooms will also be open for browsing with experienced associates available.

Admission is $9 for adults, $7 for seniors and children under 12 are admitted free. FREE covered parking provided in the Convention Center garage on Six Pines with walkway to the hotel. Valet parking is available at the Hotel entrance, just 100 feet from the Convention Center.
