Non-Partisan Group Launches Gas Contest

THE WOODLAND, Texas -- American Solutions For Winning The Future, a non-partisan organization, has launched a video contest through YouTube that will land one lucky winner a year of free gas.

The contest, entitled "Drill Here, Drill Now, Pay Nothing," aims to gain momentum for Congress to adopt a long-term energy plan develope more American energy now. The contest was launched in a video message from the organization's Chairman, former Speaker Newt Gingrich.

Using YouTube, participants are asked to create short videos that demonstrate why a "Drill Here, Drill Now, Pay Less" approach is best for America. The top 3 videos, picked by American Solutions, will be put up for a vote before the American Solutions member community. The winner is scheduled to be announced at the organization's second annual Solutions Day on September 27.
