The newest edition of the iPhone, the iPhone 3GS, is set to hit stores on June 19 and boasts several improvements from previous models. Apple calls it the fastest, most powerful iPhone yet and it is priced from $199 (16GB) to $299 (32GB) with a two-year service contract.

New features include:
- A 3-megapixel camera that has autofocus or users may manually focus with a tap.
- The ability to shoot a video, edit it, and share it with others.
- Voice commands that can recognize both contact and song names.
- A built-in compass that reorients the GPS to match the direction the user is facing.
- Extended battery life.
- Available in two colors: black and white.
The iPhone 3GS still contains the popular features of past models, including internet connection, apps, music, movies and more.
The new model has also prompted Apple to announce price reductions on older iPhones. The 8GB iPhone 3G can now be purchased for $99 with a two-year service contract. For more information, visit Apple.com
