THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- In its inaugural year at the Texas state championships, Parati Competitive Rowing had eight of its 19 boats qualify for finals and won a gold, a silver, and a bronze medal. To have more than a third of our boats qualify for finals is fantastic, especially given that we are a newly formed team and have many first time rowers this year. Our rowers have worked hard to build endurance and I am looking forward to seeing how they compete at the 2K races at the regional competition in Oklahoma City this coming weekend. I hope to have Parati boats qualify for nationals.”
