THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The tradition continues in the Creek Pines subdivision in the Village of Panther Creek, in the heart of The Woodlands. For sixteen years the neighborhood has perpetuated the tradition of decorating the entire subdivision as a memorial to a neighbor’s son who tragically lost his life in an auto-train accident on FM 1488 in 2000; his senior year at The Woodlands High School.
