THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Dr. Chaitali Nangrani and Vedas Medical Spa Center present an evening with Indrani Goradia, philanthropist and advocate for women’s health and empowerment. Indrani is the founder of Indrani’s Light Foundation, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to ending gender-based violence and empowering women around the world with the tools to live healthy and meaningful lives.

Indrani’s topic is Saying a Positive NO.

When you are clear on the important value you believe in—the value that will be threatened by not saying NO, say YES to protect this value. Create a supportive structure to build on. This is the first yes. If you need to say no, learn how to say Yes No Yes—a positive NO—in this workshop. Learn how to increase your personal strength with this skill.

The Wednesday, February 3 program begins at 7:00 p.m. and ends by 8:30 p.m. Indrani will present her topic and invite participation by the attendees.
