Leasing strong for newly constructed Havenwood Office Park

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The newly constructed Havenwood Office Park, located near The Woodlands at 25700 I-45 North, is off to a strong leasing start.

According to the leasing team of Lisa Hughes and Tim Maczko of The J. Beard Real Estate Company, the first tenants, Momentum Title and CTUIT Software are occupying the first floor. Additionally, The Work Lodge, LLC has announced plans to open a second of its co-working spaces in early 2017 to occupy over 20,000 square feet. There are several other tenants in the process of leasing additional space while build-outs are currently underway for those already committed.
