THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Kandy Heath, wife of Adrian David Heath, has been notified to arrive at 9:00 a.m. at Huntsville Detention Center on Wednesday, August 2, to pick up her husband who is being released on parole.

Heath, who many in The Woodlands consider a “political prisoner” because of his and others’ attempt to vote in a RUD election, will return to his home in The Woodlands accompanied by his wife, daughter Deborah, and son, David, who left their native Australia to be with his family when Adrian was imprisoned.

Heath steadfastly insists he is innocent of any charges based upon documentation from the Montgomery County Election Coordinator and the Texas Secretary of State.

The family has had numerous requests from Woodlands residents to stage a welcoming reception.

However, Mrs. Heath says the family focus will be to make Adrian’s return home comfortable and refreshing after almost six months in prison.

They will respond to community invitations and events, if any, at a later date.
