Superheroes wash windows for kids at Texas Children's Hospital The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Patients and families at Texas Children’s Hospital The Woodlands were treated to a special sight when members of Texas Window Cleaning Co., Inc. dressed up as superheroes and cleaned the hospital’s windows while waving to children inside. The company has been cleaning the windows at Texas Children’s Hospital West Campus since 2011 and this is the first year to bring this special visit to our new campus in The Woodlands.

Texas Children’s Hospital The Woodlands opened in April 2017. It is the first hospital devoted to pediatric care for communities north of Houston. The five-story, 60-bed pediatric hospital is linked directly to a six-story outpatient building, which opened in October 2016 and includes 72 exam rooms and clinics for major pediatric specialties. The hospital’s inpatient building features the area’s only dedicated pediatric emergency center with 25 patient rooms, 32 acute care beds, four operating rooms, 12 radiology suites and 28 critical care rooms.
