Melissa Showers joins J. Beard Real Estate Company

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Jeff Beard, CCIM, President of The J. Beard Real Estate Company, LP, has announced the recent addition of Melissa Showers to the company’s commercial real estate marketing team as Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist.

In her role, she will utilize her graphic design specialties to provide custom marketing packages, website design and branding expertise, as well as fresh insight for industry standards.

Showers joins the team with more than seven years of commercial real estate marketing experience and over 17 years as a graphic designer. She most recently served six years as Marketing Director for McAlister Real Estate and Rockspring Capital. Showers also has provided branding for many local small businesses. She is a graduate of The Art Institute of Houston.
