MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Sleet and flurries should taper off this evening, but Montgomery County remains under a Winter Storm Warning until midnight.

The forecast calls for temperatures in the teens, with wind chill in the single digits. A gradual warmup is slated to begin Wednesday afternoon. Meanwhile, ice accumulations are still creating hazardous road conditions. For real-time road conditions or closures, visit the Montgomery County of Emergency Management.

Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, New Caney, Tomball and Willis school districts are CLOSED Wednesday Jan. 17.

Meanwhile, Woodlands Online readers – and their pets -- have shared pictures of the big freeze with us. Check it out here!
