Entergy supports Hurricane Harvey recovery efforts through Montgomery County Community Foundation

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas -- Entergy Texas continues its support of those still recovering from the residential damage caused by Hurricane Harvey.

Entergy’s Doug McCormick presented Montgomery County Community Foundation’s executive director Julie Martineau a check for $15,000 towards the long term recovery efforts underway in Montgomery County. The MCCF Long Term Disaster Recovery Funds will be used to help individuals and families who demonstrate a need for basic necessities after they have received commitments from insurance, local programs or government programs.

Montgomery County Community Foundation’s embraces the future by creating legacies that improve the quality of life by supporting of non-profits serving Montgomery County and awarding scholarships to Montgomery County residents.
