Keller Williams The Woodlands finds home

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- For almost a decade, Keller Williams Realty The Woodlands & Magnolia has been comprised of three different locations. They will be consolidating all of the experience, expertise, energy and enthusiasm of their 390+ agents in a state-of- the-art, mega office located at 2201 Lake Woodlands Drive.

“The amenities of the facility and area, set the perfect tone for the beginning of our next 25 years” says Bruce Kink, Owner and Operating Principal. Those amenities not only include being in walking distance of Hughes Landing and Market Street, but fiber optic internet, new phone systems, noise cancelling systems throughout, office space of varying sizes, four conference rooms, and training facilities, all with a modern, light and open design.

“The goal of this move is to be located in the heart of our community with every possible tool that our agents need to serve our clients and be successful” states Kink.

Established in 1992 by Mac McCoin and Wilona Dyson the organization quickly grew to 100+ agents and marked the opening of the cornerstone location at 1401 Woodlands Parkway. This was followed by the addition of the Magnolia and Sterling Ridge Business centers as agent count continued to grow.

In relation to the new office Kink says, “The great thing about our new facility is that with over 24,000 square feet we have room for what has made us successful in the past and plenty of room for the transferring and new agents that will be a part of our future.”

An important fact when you are a top performer in the #1 Real Estate Franchise in the United States. In 2017 Keller Williams Realty achieved the “Triple Crown” being recognized as #1 in agent count, volume, and overall units.

The excitement about the new location can be felt across the entire organization as the move approaches. “The ability to have all of our training, coaching, and resources in same place is going to be a game-changer” states Kathleen Merchant, KW Woodlands & Magnolia Agent. “I can’t wait to see what we can all accomplish under the same roof”.

The announcement of the new office comes on the heels of Forbes Magazines recent designation to Keller Williams as the #1 “Happiest Place to Work in 2018”. Given the amazing facility upgrades at hand it seems that KW The Woodlands & Magnolia is leading the pack once again. While the move will not be complete until late April, support staff will begin trickling in beginning on April 2nd and over the coming weeks.
