Howard Hughes Corporation to welcome Primrose School, first early childhood education program in Hughes Landing

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Howard Hughes Corporation announces plans for the addition of Primrose School in Hughes Landing®, a dynamic mixed-use development on Lake Woodlands.

The 10,000-square-foot building and playground will be located on Hughes Landing Blvd., adjacent to the Two Hughes Landing and Three Hughes Landing parking garages. Primrose is an accredited early childhood education school that serves children from six weeks to kindergarten and offers summer camps. Construction on Primrose School is expected to begin within the next 60 days with completion slated for 2019.

Don and Arlena McLaughlin, owners of Primrose Schools, will operate the newest Primrose School in Hughes Landing. This will be the McLaughlin’s fourth educational childcare franchise in The Woodlands® and seventh location overall. The other three schools in The Woodlands are situated in the Villages of Sterling Ridge, College Park and Creekside Park®, with three additional schools in Spring.
