THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- On October 24, 2018, Montgomery County Sheriff Office Detectives received information from management at the Target located at 1100 Lake Woodlands Drive, Woodlands, TX that suspects in a previous theft investigation had just left their store.

Detectives relayed this information to patrol Deputies in the area, who quickly located and stopped the suspect vehicle. During the investigation, multiple stolen items from burglary cases in Montgomery and Harris Counties were located in the vehicle.

It was also discovered that the credit card used by the suspects at Target was recently reported stolen from a nearby burglary of a motor vehicle in Montgomery County.

The suspects were identified as Don Moore from Houston Texas, and Christopher Price from Katy Texas.

Both suspects were arrested and charged with Credit Card Abuse, Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information and Burglary of Motor Vehicle. Investigations are continuing in other reported crimes involving these two suspects.
