Howard Hughes Corporation Announces New Homes in Venetia Grove in the Village of Creekside Park

that Toll Brothers will offer luxury homes in the new neighborhood of Venetia Grove in the Village of
Creekside Park®, located in the award-winning master planned community of The Woodlands®. A new,
decorated model home by Toll Brothers is expected to open in early 2019.

Known as “America’s Luxury Home Builder” and a seven-time winner of the Texas Builder of the Year
award, Toll Brothers has plans on the horizon to showcase new, one- and two-story, single-family homes
on 60-foot home sites in the forested enclave of Venetia Grove. These home designs will range from
2,722 to 3,500+ square feet and will be priced from the mid-$400,000s.
