Montgomery County Texas Sheriff Deputies Recognized for Work in Theft Case at Walmart

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- On November 25, 2018, Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Deputies responded to the Walmart located at 1025 Sawdust Road in Spring in reference to Theft of merchandise. Through a lengthy and thorough investigation. patrol Deputies learned the suspect was an employee identified as Embuscado, Aristotle James A/M DOB:09/21/98. During this investigation it was learned that this employee was involved in numerous other thefts amounting to over $3,700 in stolen merchandise. The suspect admitted to stealing the property and numerous other items with the help of an accomplice. Both suspects have been charged with Felony Theft. Deputies were able to recover approximately $2,400 of the stolen property, which was returned to Walmart.

On January 23, 2019, Larry Szapor with 3si Security, a company that specializes izes in retail asset protection, recognized the District 2 "A" shift for their efforts in case, and presented each Deputy with one of their Community Policing Partners Challenge Coins!
