UPDATE: Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Investigating Bank Robbery in The Woodlands

UPDATE: On February 15, 2019, Detectives with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Homicide - Violent Crimes Unit, along with the Special Agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, arrested Jasmin Nicole Cruz, DOB: 09/04/93 for the robbery of the Chase Bank located at 8201 Kuykendahl Rd, The Woodlands, TX on February 13, 2019. Cruz was arrested at her apartment, 3600 College Park Dr, The Woodlands, TX without incident. During the investigation, Detectives also learned Cruz’s girlfriend, Victoria L Mclean DOB: 02/09/90 (the bank teller that was robbed), was arrested and charged with felony theft in connection with the robbery. During an interview with Detectives, Cruz confessed to her role in the robbery, and led investigators to the remainder of the cash taken. The investigation is still ongoing. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying the above pictured suspect who robbed the Chase Bank on February 13, 2019. The suspect fled in what appears to be a light colored 4-door Jeep Wrangler possibly a Sahara model with colored fenders, a matching hard top and aftermarket wheels and tires.

THE WOODLANDS, Texas - On February 13, 2019, at about 8:50 AM, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Officer were dispatched to the Chase Bank located at 8201 Kuykendahl Road in The Woodlands, Texas, in reference to a robbery. When Deputies arrived, they learned a light skinned black female with dark black hair, possibly a wig, wearing a grey shirt, black pants, a hat and sunglasses, entered the bank displaying a firearm. The female was dropped off at the bank by a red SUV. The female received an unknown amount of US currency before exiting the bank and leaving the area on foot. The driver of the SUV is a white or Hispanic male, wearing eye glasses. Detectives with Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and FBI are currently investigating and the scene remains active. More information will be given as it becomes available.
