Attempt to Identify - Burglary of Motor Vehicle and Credit Card Abuse

TOMBALL, Texas -- Tomball Police Department is seeking your help in identifying these two individuals. They are suspected in a burglary of a motor vehicle, were among stealing the Victim’s Louis Vuitton purse, valued at $1,300.00, they also took the Victim’s credit card and made multiple purchases on it at Wal-Mart in Spring, Texas. Video shows both the male subject with noticeable tattoos on the right forearm and neck and the female, seen wearing black scrubs driving a white Dodge passenger car.
