Constables Arrest Three Suspected Drunk Drivers Over The Weekend in Spring

SPRING, TX -- Over the weekend, Constable Mark Herman's Office made multiple Driving While Intoxicated arrests throughout Precinct 4. The three suspected drunk drivers were identified as Kyle Tate, Jennifer Le, and Robert Raglin after being pulled over separately for traffic violations. Robert Raglin, a handgun license holder, had a handgun in plain view on the front passenger seat of his vehicle.

Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was discovered that all three suspects were driving while intoxicated.

'Kyle Tate, Jennifer Le, and Robert Raglin were arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Robert Raglin was also charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Handgun by License Holder. Their bond and court information have not been set at this time.' -Constable Mark Herman
