Suspect Arrested On His Third Driving While Intoxicated Charge

HOUSTON, TX -- On March 27, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 9300 block of West FM 1960 Bypass. The driver who was identified as James Davis, displayed several signs of intoxication.

He refused to perform Standard Field Sobriety Tests or provide a breath or blood specimen. The Constable Deputy was able to get a warrant for a blood specimen.

Further investigation revealed that this was his third Driving While Intoxicated offense.

'James Curtis Davis was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated-3rd Offense. His bond was set at $25,000.000 out of the 262nd District Court.' - Constable Mark Herman
