From Coach Scott Holland: Great efforts at our home meet. Otega Amudo reset her school record in the Discus. Thirty Two Cooper athletes set Personal Records Friday Night. SPC is less than a month away and we are seeing performances continue to improve. We have a full training plan with no meet scheduled for this weekend, followed by the Finnegan Spring Invitational on April 20, which is the last chance for us to qualify as many for SPC as we are able.

Words cannot express my appreciation for the Track Staff, Track Parents, Cooper Coaches and other volunteers that made our meet run smoothly. The Cooper Dragon Invitational had 30 teams and 625 athletes scheduled to compete. The meet ran off without a delays other than our planned pause to honor our tremendous group of seniors for their contribution to the Cooper Track & Field Program.
