Hit and Run Driver Wanted in Fatal Wreck in Houston

HOUSTON, TX - Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for Failure to Stop and Render Aid.

On Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at approximately 12:39 a.m., the victim was crossing the street at a designated crosswalk in the 15600 block of West Hillcroft Avenue in Houston, Texas. The suspect’s vehicle, possibly a black Chevy Cruz with unknown license plates, struck the victim and fled the scene of the incident without rendering aid. As result, the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
