Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Investigating Aggravated Robbery in Parking Lot at Food Town

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is investigating an aggravated robbery that occurred at about 11:00 pm at 20851 FM1485 in New Caney, TX. The suspects were attempting to burglarize a vehicle in the parking lot of Food town before being confronted by the victim, a 53 year old white male. During the incident, one of the suspects produced a knife and stabbed the victim in the stomach before fleeing with the victim's wallet. The victim as later transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in The Woodlands, and was listed in critical but stable condition.

During the investigation, Deputies learned that the suspects attempted to use a debit/credit card from the victim's wallet at a near-by McDonald's. Deputies were able to secure several photos of the suspects from security cameras at that location. View the video of the suspects. The suspects are described as being Hispanic males between 20-30 years old. Suspect # 1 also lad numerous tattoos on both arms (see above photos). One of the tattoos is believed to be a Houston Rockets logo on his outer left forearm, and another tattoo is believed to be a large Houston Oilers tattoo on the inside of his left forearm. Suspect # 2 possibly had a goatee, wore a long sleeve gray t-shirt, blue jeans and a red bandana. It is also believed that Suspect # 1 dropped his eyeglasses at the scene.

The suspects were driving a white 2019 Nissan Altima Texas license plate # LWS 1554
