Who Killed Frances Ivey and Two Others?

HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Cold Case Homicide Unit need the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for Capital Murder.

On Friday, August 19, 1983, at approximately 5:30 p.m., unknown suspects robbed and shot three victims in a real estate office building located in the 16000 block of Memorial Drive in Houston, Texas. The victims were found on the floor in the front office reception area of the building. When the victims were discovered, two of the victims were already deceased, but the third victim was still alive. The third victim was transported to a local hospital, but died as a result of injuries sustained in the robbery. Further investigation revealed that jewelry was stolen from all three of the victims during the robbery. Frances Ivey was one of the victims.
