Montgomery County Sheriff Seeking to Identify Theft Suspect

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On May 22, 2019, The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the Wal-Mart located at 20310 US Hwy 59 in New Caney, in reference to a fraud. Upon arriving, Deputies learned that the pictured black female suspect presented a false letter allegedly written by WalMart management to Wal-Mart employees for the return of a television that was purchased online. The female is seen on video placing the letter on the customer service desk before speaking with a night manager. Per the false letters instructions, the manager has authorized the night manager to give approximately $8,800 in cash and a $600 dollar gift card. The total amount is approximately $9,900 dollars in total losses. This same female suspect has committed this crime at least three times at surrounding Wal-Mart locations in the Houston area. The suspect is believed
to be with a male who is the driver of the Silver Color Cadillac passenger car.
