MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- At approximately 6:30 PM a citizen was driving east on the Grand Parkway headed home when an all black Dodge Charger flashed some red and blue lights and used a siren to make vehicles obey state law. At least one citizen felt that something wasn't right and called 911. Units were able to catch up with the vehicle as it pulled into a business on SH 242 and Hey 59. It was determined after a brief investigation, the male suspect was an armed security guard at that location. However, after digging further, the male didn't even have a valid Texas Commissioned Security Guard License. The male suspect admitted to using the emergency equipment to slow down traffic even though he was traveling almost 90 mph. The male was arrested for Impersonating a Public Servant and released to Montgomery County Jail personnel.
