THE WOODLANDS, TX -- better serve its clients across Houston and around the globe, business law firm Stibbs & Co., P.C. proudly welcomes attorney Nicholas A. Davis to the team.

Nicholas “Nick” Davis is an experienced trial attorney with over 11 years of litigation
experience. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and Texas Tech School of Law. Prior to joining the litigation section of Stibbs & Co., Nick owned a law firm in Dallas, Texas in which he gained his vast litigation skills in the areas of civil litigation, family, bankruptcy, and criminal defense and he became very familiar with the complexities of owning and operating a successful business. In the very beginning of his legal career, Nick became interested in website development and taught himself how to design and manage websites for not only his business but several other business professionals in and around Dallas for a number of years. Clients feel confident in Nick’s strategic approach to solving complicated legal matters and appreciate his quality, personalized service from start to finish.

Nick is also involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in The Woodlands which is
very dear to his heart as a result of losing his nephew, who lived in The Woodlands, to leukemia in 2017. This event largely triggered Nick’s desire to relocate his family to The Woodlands area nearly 1 year later. Nick also works with the school system as part of the WATCH D.O.G.S. program to support the safety of students in public schools.

Moving to the Houston area has called him back to his youth in which he spent most of his
summer’s saltwater fishing in Corpus Christi, Texas with his grandpa “Popeye.” Nick is an avid saltwater fisherman and enjoys taking frequent weekend trips to Galveston to teach his two daughters how to fish. Additionally, living in Houston has provided Nick with the perfect opportunity to embrace his family’s Louisiana roots by throwing large crawfish boils for friends and neighbors. Nick and his wife, Lori, also enjoy nature walking through The Woodlands, travelling to the Caribbean any chance they get, and drinking a glass of wine on the patio in the evenings
