NEW CANEY, TX-- Live concerts, expanded amenities and a state-of-the-art fireworks display will mark the 2nd annual Valley Ranch 4th Fest, 2-10 p.m. Thursday, July 4.

Tickets are still available for the popular Independence Day celebration that takes place at the future site of the Valley Ranch Town Center amphitheater, 11985 Grand Parkway.

“Our plan is for Valley Ranch 4th Fest to become the premiere 4th of July festival in North Houston,” said Danny Signorelli from the Signorelli Company, developer of Valley Ranch. “We’ve added activities, performances and services to make this a high-level event. We want this to be a tradition for Montgomery County for years to come.”

Three-time Grammy nominee Pat Green headlines the concerts. Also appearing will be award-winning artist JB and the Moonshine Band, Texas Country music favorite Max Stalling and local favorite Jody Booth.

“Our musical line-up rivals that of any festival in the nation thanks to our music/stage sponsor Arch-Con Construction,” Signorelli said. “Other sponsors are offsetting ticket costs so families can attend for a fraction of the cost charged for similar concerts.”

Adult tickets only $25. A $19.95 combination pack is available for four or more. Kids 12 and under get in for free. Tickets can be purchased online at https://www.valley-ranch.com/4thfest, and sales benefit Mission Northeast and Montgomery County Women's Center.

Additional activities include a barbecue cook-off, cirque acts, a petting zoo and more. Alcohol will be available for purchase. The evening concludes with fireworks. Blankets and lawn chairs are recommended.

A fleet of food trucks is slated to serve up tasty items including TX Brain Freeze, RC's Pizza & Pasta, Bahama Buck's, Foojitney Catering Company, Not So Naughtly Crepes and more.

Some of the vendors at the event will be Mary Kay Cosmetics, Light Up Toys, Camp Hope Lemonade, My Eyelab, Martin Galleries and The Church at Valley Ranch.

“The sheer scale of Valley Ranch 4th Fest is incredible,” Signorelli said. “It’s massive. There isn’t another festival like it. It is truly a one-of-a-kind experience that no one will want to miss now and for years to come.”

Valley Ranch Town Center is a 750,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by Kroger, Cinemark, Academy, TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Ross and Burlington Coat Factory.
