MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Theft that occurred on July 20, 2019 at the Walmart located at 23561 US Highway 59, Porter,TX.

Around 8:14 am, a Walmart Asset Protection Associate observed an unknown white male enter the store through the garden center and go to the automotive stereo section. The male took two packages of marine combo speakers and a two pack of ratchet straps, then proceeded to the same door in garden center that he entered. The male passed all points of sale failing to pay for the items, and when questioned by store employees for a receipt he ran from the area. The suspect put the stolen merchandise in the back of a red truck before fleeing the parking lot.

The suspect is described as a white male wearing a white and black baseball cap with a yellow safety vest over a grey t-shirt and blue jeans. The vehicle he fled in appears to be a mid-1990’s model Nissan truck.
