Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Execute Warrants at Local Automotive Shop

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On July 24, 2019, Detectives with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on Eagle Tune and Lube and Eagle Custom Paint and Body Shop located on FM 1485 in New Caney, Texas. The warrants were issued after the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into the allegations of theft occurring at both businesses that started in January 2018. As a result of the investigation, The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office secured an arrest warrant for felony theft on Richard Sisney Jr who is the businesses owner/operator. According to Detectives, Mr. Sisney Jr. promised clients an agreed upon level of work to be completed on their vehicles, but after significant time had passed the work had not been completed after payment had already been collected. Furthermore, it was discovered that Mr. Sisney Jr. had placed subpar parts or the wrong parts on the client’s vehicles and attempted to defraud the clients. This is an active investigation.
