HARRIS COUNTY, TX - A thorough Precinct One investigation has now determined Raul Hernandez is responsible for over 450 pawn shop transactions of loose stones and other jewelry. Total value of the items is in excess of $1 million.

The transactions date back to at least 2015. It appears most of the victims are going to be jewelry stores where Hernandez was affiliated.

Precinct One profiled the latest allegations against Hernandez in the post which you will find below. In that case he is accused of stealing jewelry while working briefly at a Heights area jewelry store. He's been charged with theft in that case.

Hernandez is also known as Arcega Raul Hernandez. If you recognize him and feel that you or your business were a victim of theft, please contact Deputy Joe Bowden Joseph.Bowden@cn1.hctx.net.
