MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- Marvin Parr was last seen leaving his CPS Placement House in Porter, Texas on July 31, 2019. Marvin left the residence in a stolen vehicle (2007 Honda Odyssey: TX LP GJP7720) belonging to the Placement House. Marvin was with another Missing Juvenile, and fled in an unknown direction.
