THE WOODLANDS, TX -- ALERT: 4:17 PM: Crews are working to repair two water service lines struck by a boring contractor in the Carmeline area of Sterling Ridge in The Woodlands. Customers in the Carmeline / North Concord Valley Circle area will experience low to no water pressure while repairs are being made during the next few hours. An update will be provided as soon as possible. If you work or live in the affected service area, please plan to run your water for a few minutes after service is restored to flush iron and other naturally occurring minerals.
