Montgomery County Sheriff Seeks To Identity Art Supply Thief from Hobby Lobby

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On September 4, 2019 at 11:36am, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to 22124 Market Place Drive, New Caney, Tx (Hobby Lobby) in reference to theft.

The Store Manager stated that on August 29, 2019 a white or hispanic female entered the store, and allegedly concealed several high-dollar art supplies in her purse. The manager stated that the female later approached a cash register, and paid for some cheaper miscellaneous items, but exited the store without paying for the high-dollar items concealed in her purse. The Suspect stole a Total dollar amount of $757.19 worth of merchandise.
