Attempt to Identify - Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Child Endangerment

TOMBALL, TX -- The Tomball Police Criminal Investigations Division is seeking your assistance in identifying this person. He is suspected of getting into and moving an ambulance while emergency services were being rendered to a 2yr old in the back while in parking lot at Concordia Lutheran High during a little league football game on September 21, 2019. The subject became belligerent towards the EMS First Responders after they told him to get out while moving the ambulance.
