MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX - On September 22, 2019, Dilan Happle was last seen with a friend of Highlane Blvd. in Conroe, Texas at approximately 7:30 PM. Dilan was last seen wearing dark colored basketball shorts with a blue/gray dry fit shirt that had green stripes on it.
