MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On November 23, 2019 at about 1:40 am, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the 23000 block of Majestic Forest in New Caney, TX in reference to a family violence in progress call. According to information provided to dispatch, an altercation occurred between a 26 year old white male identified as Colin Kitchens, and his family members. As the altercation escalated, Colin reportedly took up a pistol, held it up in the general area of his own head, and fired a shot into the air.
